We were awful that day in the semi but a real never say die attitude somehow got us through. What a finish with Sheedys last minute free kick that bobbled 20 times before it crept in then Mountfields trademark bullet header..

I think the last one was in 67 or 68, iirc, Ray Wilson scored a floater/cross cum shot.
That game was not played in a typical practice/friendly/exbihition manner, from the off it was get you retaliation in first...which was probably why they stopped them

Me as well , I think it was the first game for Andy Gray after signing for Wolves ?
