The Times today are adamant that he wont be buying into Everton but he is looking to buy a "leading club" in Europe

Here's what they say:

"Usmanov is expected to attempt to buy another leading club having failed to take control at Arsenal, although he is adamant that it will not be Everton despite his close links to their owner Farhad Moshiri, previously a partner in his shareholding at Arsenal. With the Premier League's top six clubs either not for sale or prohibitively expensive, Usmanov is likely to use his Arsenal windfall to invest elsewhere in Europe."

As previously stated he could have invested in a club in Europe already nothing was stopping him. And it's not exactly a windfall and it's not like he needed this money to invest elsewhere.

It's just all speculation no one actually knows except usmanov himself.

And when he did say something about his Arsenal shares, not long ago he would never sell to Kronke.

Not saying he will sail in, just no one knows anything, Until he speaks, or does something.

6 months ago Usmanov was adamant he would not sell to Kroenke at any cost.
I don't believe anyone apart from a close few know what Usmanovs plans are, only time will tell.
