The educated guesses being herralded as "ITK" and "our very own Esk" completely baffles me.

Either way - he has no idea what's going on - even people in the club besides from Moshiri know.

Also having a website to spout his stuff is a bit odd.

I think they might have noticed all that dock land to be developed between the Liver Building, AKA Everton HQ, and a new football stadium building site.

Usmanov is also said by his spokesman emphatically not to be selling so that he can invest in Everton alongside his long term business advisor and partner Farhad Moshiri, who owns a 49.9% Everton stake and is now significantly financing the club.
Usmanov bought Moshiri’s 15% stake in Arsenal for around £146m when Moshiri invested in Everton, but despite owning just over 30%, he was always kept away from the Arsenal board or any involvement in running the club. He found that exclusion intensely frustrating and publicly criticised Kroenke for a lack of investment in players, proposing that they put more money into the club via a rights issue, a suggestion Kroenke declined.

Added bonus, number one for these two is having their own successful Prem team, the fact of new stadium and associated developments around it just makes us even more attractive, everything is here for a billionaire wanting to enjoy his wealth, he can even park his Yacht next to the Stadium on match days if he likes.

Usmanov literally have Moshiri his entire fortune as a gift.

Again, I can't stress it enough- as long as Moshiri is at Everton then Usmanov is involved, whether or not he will ever legally own a share. The training ground is named after him FFS!

Think its the other way round personally, but thats been done to death in the stadium thread.

I have never been more 50/50 on if I think he will pitch up or not on anything.
