Did I read somewhere that Usmanov has acquired 25% of the Liver Building from Moshiri? This to me is an indication, if one were needed, that Usmanov is very interested in developments on Merseyside well beyond those developments which are football related.

Read something similar. Also did it not say he want to shift some of his businesses to Liverpool as prices rates etc are much lower than london
