Deulofeu to Lukaku was probably the last. He did it a fair bit too. Naughty through balls.

I can recall plenty of Geri's crosses for Lukaku but not through-balls as such. Tosun would score a load if we had a midfielder who could slide a pass down the middle in-between defenders

has an incredible knack for taking players on then messing up at the end

if he had that composure whilst under pressure akin to the like of salah he could be some player.
Have you looked Salah's scoring average before this season?

Walcott has been a top player for years and seems to have a brilliant attitude.

Not a bad call,

i'd even play him as a centre forward in certain games.
Was thinking this myself. He's been played as a lone striker for both Arsenal and England in the past. Hasn't been hugely successful though. But I do like how he plays in the middle rather than out wide. He's the type who should be on the end of crosses, not the one putting them in.

There was 2/3 games in a row where Geri played s through ball from his own half, one of which was against West Ham.

And yes definitely. We need creativity

Last proper through ball I can remember was Davies last season to Lukaku I think

Made a big difference this year, great buy, I hope he has the summer off being EFC biased.

I’d say he was a better shout for fourth choice striker for England than Welbeck but there’s no way he’ll make the England squad now. He’s a good player and hopefully the new manager can get a lot out of him next season. I’d like to see him and Tosun more in partnership than him hugging the touchline.

The main reason I was excited about Rooney was for the young players to get some tips and inspiration...then came the drink-driving, mediocre performances etc...anyway. I think actually Walcott might be a far better and suprisingly good role model for the young players - strikers especially. He's had a great experience at Arsenal (not a multiple winner I know) but seems like a level-headed guy who's seen a lot of international and domestic experience. If he starts playing well and scoring and assisting, could be a good leader on the pitch!

I agree, Walcott is a model pro. Tbf you say not a multiple winner at arsenal but I reckon we’d bite anyone’s hand off for a few FA Cups!!
