Agree that wasn’t a pen. Played with the head first and bouncing off the defender’s arm actually gave Nigeria a better chance to score.

The fact a handball actually gave Nigeria a better chance to score has nothing to do with whether it was a handball or not.

It was a handball, just because your touch sucks doesn't get you bailed out. If a player traps the ball with his foot and take a a bad first touch that shoots the ball up to his arm that's always called.

It was the wrong decision.
