World cup wishlist thread.

Quintero has been my favourite to watch so far, dictates the tempo and threads nice passes through for runners. Would suit us with Walcott and Lookmans pace as he’d have options ahead of him.

But he’ll cost money which could be better spent elsewhere - Given Gylfi looks to be set for the no.10 role for us.

Is he good? Or is he just really fast? Which is something I suppose....

Shame Akanji only signed for Dortmund in January. I would have him.

I would take Mitrovic as well if Newcastle are willing to jib him off. There is a player in there, just needs to sort his stupidity out.

Highly doubt he’d manage in this league. Never lit it up anywhere he’s been really.

looks a good little player though, just seen he was loaned to river plate in Jan 18 and had a buy clause of £5mill ( euros ) cheap that considering his age and prices getting floated around these days

Yeh technically he’s great but his fitness and mobility concern me. He always had a loan at Rennes and did nothing, loaned to Colombia and did nothing & never held down a spot at Porto.

Very poor mans James Rodriguez.

don't know much about him tbf, just remember him on footy manager etc just done a little google on him though, he had a good spell at Medellin last season and scored 13 in 25 ( obviously a terrible league like )

but if we could get him on his world cup form for 5 million surely worth a gamble that ( not that we would ever be in for him )
 
If we dont get tge Mexican lad I wouldntbe too upset with Carrillo. He's really impressed this world cup and Marco had him on loan at Watford last year.

..I think GOT could get a team together to beat Panama. I suppose they’ve done all they can but haven’t faced a real test as yet. Croatia and Uruguay have impressed enough to suggest they will be difficult opposition for the more fancied countries.

His problem has always been his discipline. With a bit of good management I think he could become a quality player.

Good qualities to be a championship striker. I just don't see him as top level material, but you've likely seen more of him than me.
