To build a side and club that can upset the balance at the top before they become out of reach
Ta C mate....most important that....was billy liar allowed to say anything about getting us into the CL? Very important imo.....lollol

over/under on how long he stays? i'd be astonished if it's more than two years.

still, if he achieves this year's same points total, without making me question the will to live or Mme. Abelard our marriage, it will represent a welcome improvement

Reading between the lines (based on quotes from Silva and Brands) we are looking to youth to transition into the first team, look to recruit players young with potential and give them a platform.

Brands seems to be taking control of the strategy and Silva the tactical. Obviously direction towards attacking football.

Does that answer your question?
No...but ta for your interpretation...;)

Tedious Frank sounds even better

I'm happy today C.. we are starting to shape up, by the looks.

BUT this is Everton.. nothing is ever as it seems.

will judge Brands and Silva come the start of the season, and not a minute before.

lets see how these deals get done and whos head the axe falls on.

might be a big summer for some of our longest standing players, jags, baines etc etc

Thumbs up, but only because he isn't Allardyce or Moist or Megson. I'd say "arms folded" until we know better.

No...but ta for your interpretation...;)
No problem. In my initial post I did say we 'seem' to have a plan.

We have also heard moves towards wanting to make us the 'Atletico Madrid' of the PL today. Which you could probably use as a basis for your own interpretation.
