Haha, there will be so many older blue’s calling you names because you got in first with that one! :) the only other attribute i would add to Bally would be ‘years as a top player for us’, and that would require some Southall being added to the mix!

Spot on Blue, Bally and Big Joe were my heroes from the very first game I went to see in about 1967/8, he was as near to the perfect allround player as you could get in those days and went for 2 British record transfers to enforce the point, his legend lives on and I hope the holy trinity statue is with us sooner rather than later.

you can tell from that photo that even at a young age, Capt Jags had the air, the comportment of authority about him. It seems he was always destined to become a great leader of men, and that he knew that destiny. Every time I see Capt Jags in the tunnel before a game, with his steeled stare of determination and bearing such mantle of authority, I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming that Everton Football Club has been so blessed in having such a captain to lead us. Truly, Capt Jags is one of a kind...

Watched nothing but [Poor language removed] playing for Everton for a long time and I haven’t ever seen any of them win anything.
So, Ronaldo.
