That's the bit of Everton inside ye, it never leaves you no matter where you are.Ahhh I completely understand that feeling. I feel the same way about the Detroit Lions as well... I remember we needed to win one of our last four games to go to the playoffs a couple years ago... we lost all four.
Manager has to be able to get his message across in English. If it's right that he can't speak English it's a non starter from me. Whoever takes over as coach has to be able to communicate clearly with the players. I think that was part of the problem with Koeman and his English was pretty good.
MeIs there anyone really still of the belief that Silva wont be made our next manager?
The feller's been hanging around since January watching all kinds of easy jobs come and go, because he's already been hired.
That is why I love these teams, I may feel crazy but they just pull me in and I love them no matter how much they disappoint me.That's the bit of Everton inside ye, it never leaves you no matter where you are.
I still hold out hope that we set our sights higherIs there anyone really still of the belief that Silva wont be made our next manager?

Done and dusted this mate. He'll be installed no later than Friday imo.
Much rather have Silva than a novice manager or a manager who has no experience of this league. He's the strongest candidate we can get under the circumstances.I still hold out hope that we set our sights higher
Emery is my first choice , with Fonseca third or 4th choice.
If Silva is appointed I’ll back him but to me it’s an underwhelming choice
They charge by the letter ya know mate.Don't cancel it, just change it to IN MARCO WE TRUST
haha

I wouldn’t call Emery a novice Dave.Much rarer have Silva than a novice manager or a manager who has no experience of this league. He's the strongest candidate we can get under the circumstances.
Fans are often a good barometer as to how good a player or manager/coach is...ask Hull, Watford, Sporting Lisbon, Estoril and the Olymic fans what they think of him.The scariest part of reading that was this
It sounds quite familiar, like a manager we had previously

If he had the wink a while ago
Im hoping hes been watching our squad perform over the last 6 months I hope hes been analysing it and seeing how he could improve it.
The Transfer market opens next week..then the WC shortly afterwards...and then the the transfer market closes early this year.
We need all the help we can get.
lol Most of 'my teams' are similarly expert at being absolute let-downs. The best you can say of them is that supporting them is 'character building'. Supporting Everton though, has been the apotheosis of this anodyne retreat.Ahhh I completely understand that feeling. I feel the same way about the Detroit Lions as well... I remember we needed to win one of our last four games to go to the playoffs a couple years ago... we lost all four.
