Rooney leaving.. maybe
Sam leaving or staying.. nobody certain.
Elstone leaving.. no mention of replacement.
Brands arriving... maybe.
Walsh leaving... maybe.
All of this uncertainty without even mentioning the player cull that needs to happen and yet total silence from the club.

Christ, that's grim reality right there.

To be fair it's only uncertain to us because nobody who knows is currently willing to divulge anything.
Ignorance is bliss, probably.

Not total silence, the main boys have been briefed, Joyce, Hunter all putting the stories out there.

Honestly, people expect the club to talk about every single rumour doing the rounds, they arent a gossip site, when theres news, they will publish it. When Brands has joined, they will announce it, when/if Sam leaves, they will announce it.

All those things impact the club in some way, whether its compo paid for Brands, compo paid for Elstones replacement? Pay offs to Sam, Walsh, all these things cost millions of pounds, I would rather the club had all these things you know, in contract, legally binding before they start dealing in rumours.

Hopefully, a lot of these maybes will become a lot clearer next week with the season finishing Sunday. Could be a busy and eventful week next week for the blues. Here is my guess. Allardyce announcement that he is going and ditto the rest of his team. Announcement that Brands is coming and also clear up what is happening to Walsh, hopefully going but not in charge any more either way and also some clarity on the new Manager and the way forward for the blues.

3 more days and just one more Allardyce PC to go and then we can put this embarrassing season behind us. Sad that we will forever be stained with the Allardyce saved us brush but i can live with it so long as he has gone and we are no longer static and are moving forward positively.
When Allardyce get Ill it will be the former Everton and England manager

Forgot to add

The Beloved former Everton and England Manager

It looks to me like it's Wayne v Sam. I've never thought Wayne could even tolerate Sam nevermind be a fan.

But I hope I'm very wrong. The ideal scenario is that both leave and Wayne is replaced sensibly.
If this little snide angling for a move away has just been to try and engineer Allardyce getting the sack and ends up being successful then I will completely revise my position about his 150k a week wage being overpriced and wasteful.

And I realised I got his WHU finishes wrong. Doesnt mean he had done a bad job there, or anywhere else he has been.

And again, this is one of my points. Those who are extremely vocal against Sam accusing those who aren't of having no ambition, whilst most of which still believe that Koeman or Unsworth were going to turn it around.
I think you are missing the whole point of the argument.
yes Sam has done a good job wherever he was,and he done what he was asked here.
However he is not capable of doing what we now require.
A) Challenge the top 6 and eventually break into the top 4.
B) Play an entertaining attacking style of football.
C) Have a style of play that runs through the whole club
D) Sign and play young players and use academy graduates
At no club has Sam done any of the above

All of that is true and I do understand that a lot of these matters are sensitive, but I do feel the uncertainty is contributing to the general feeling of dissatisfaction amongst supporters.
A few clubs have already said that their managers positions will be reviewed after the end of the season. Even Sam said the silence was not helpful.
Everybody knows about the ground by know, even a one liner saying that the project is still moving forward and on target would ease the unrest.
The total silence is unusual and not like Bill Kenwright, it probably shows he is out of the decision making loop more than ever before.
