Don’t think rooney leaving has anything to do with sam. More likely, the incoming manager has said he doesn’t want him as he doesn’t match the free flowing passing game he is going to install so has said to let him go if the offer is there.

At least, that’s what I’m really hoping.

It would not surprise me to see Allardyce resign and then a unknown, fake moustache looking, portly foreign manager called Juan Alladerci be revealed by the club the next day.

That’ll fool them.

My stance too

So Wayne Rooney is leaving because the new incoming manager doesn't fancy him?? Seems a bit far fetched if you ask me.

The players are having conversations with the potential new manager while Sam is currently in charge. It would be all over the news if that was the case

Bottom line....as much as I hope that the club would have a replacement ready to go .... fire and replace Sam by Monday night , I have absolutely no faith in Everton to not completely screw this off season up.

3 more days and just one more Allardyce PC to go and then we can put this embarrassing season behind us. Sad that we will forever be stained with the Allardyce saved us brush but i can live with it so long as he has gone and we are no longer static and are moving forward positively.

Some proper snakes still in that dressing room though IMO.
