Suspected early on his movement was poor, he was slow and contributed little going forward, but entertained the idea that all the fault lay with his team mates for a few weeks.

I'm pretty confident now however that the my suspicions were well enough placed and we've overspent yet again. He seems to have Lukaku-level flaws in certain parts of his game with about 2% of the Belgian's talent and physical attributes to make up for them.

The perfect first choice striker if we want to finish 10th-7th.

Thought Niasse showed him up a bit today. A willingness to actually try and do things himself rather than waiting for someone to put one on a plate for him. He’s defjnitely got ability, but he needs to do a lot more in games.

I can understand the call for a top striker. How can our fans scoff at 12 goals in 20 starts between the pair? It’s a very decent record- especially in the current setup where support is nonexistent and you have to be extremely clinical.

Absolute disgrace on here, the guy has the worst job in football. Totally isolated with a midfield that can't string 1 forward pass in 96 minutes. Love to know how a striker can influence a game with the most awful group of players around him.

I like him but he became invisible when Niasse came on, likely because that wasn't part of the plan so he didn't know his role afterwards.

His hold up play is decent, but not when hoofballs are raining in on him.

I do worry that he’s got a touch of the Jelavic’s but Jelavic was incredible for us when he was bagging , it was just weird the way he lost it overnight.
