You know, Chico said it best. He can wind us up pretty good. And can you blame him? I mean really, he plays for the hated rivals.
At the end of the day though, I'd love to see the attendance at this match through the roof so that all the charities can benefit. Gotta give him props, whether you want to or not, for the donation to the Everton Foundation.
He didn't have to do that in a million years but he did. And I'd venture to say that he'll get some stick from a small section of his own support for doing so.
Didn't like Benitez much either but his donation to the Rhys Jones Foundation was classy also. Fair play to Carragher on this one. And perhaps he's growing up a bit and starting to see what's really important. We all do. It's a part of life.

After his comments about us in his book you'd have thought the last team he would want to have his testamonial against would be Everton and a load of "bitter blues". Admittidly he was bang on to criticise THAT disgusting Steven Gerrard song but a lot of what he said could be pulled to pieces,for starters claiming Howard Kendall left us in 1987 "for the money".
Hands up,i used to respect Carragher as a player and person before that book came out.
