The only player in the team to actually test their keeper...with a brilliant effort I might add.

Walcott gets virtually no stick when he might as well have been on the bench doing absolutely nothing...he was worse by being invisible.
Feel the same way

Agreed. After a great start, Walcott seems to have reverted to being the invisible man.

Definitely deserves the benefit of the doubt given the current manager's tactics but it's a little concerning that games seem to pass him by.

Yesterday for example, did he run at Klavan once until the last 5 minutes?

I like Bolasie's effort but it's clear hes struggling after the injury.

his shot was great . That wasn’t the issue . The issue was he was clueless WITHOUT the ball . He was constantly leaving the fullback to cope with 2 players . His positional sense was awful . Even defending set pieces he didn’t know were he should be . He constantly looked lost .

His attributes were pace and he could put in good balls, when he first came up to the injury he was an asset for Lukaku, he worried fullbacks with his pace and could whip in some great crosses, he was worth 20m, we payed a bit over the odds at 28m.

Now, he's lost a yard and can't get past the fullbacks, so he's lost his main asset, the only hope is he has a good preseason and the longer he's injury free he can regain some of that yard he's lost.

It's not the lads fault, he's a great lad with a great attitude, who had about as bad an injury as you can get in football, he was unlucky.

I’m a great lad with a great attitude but accept I’m utter dirge at footy. Why can’t he

They both were poor yesterday, but anyone having bolasie over Walcott. Hasn’t got a clue about football.
