Aye it’s funny how people jump to conclusions without knowing much just because it suits their anti Allardyce agenda.
I asked how he can be so certain on that. Still waiting on a reply. Perhaps you could oblige?

Show me proof and I'll happily admit I'm wrong. My understanding is that the club wanted the loan, but to a championship club. The player only forced his hand in so far as where he went on loan. If that's not correct please enlighten me.

just because he looks like a cross between raheem sterling and gary coleman (rest in peace) does not mean that this guy is not good enough to start for us because lets face it if he's good enough for a german side pushing for the champions league spots then he's good enough for mid-table everton.

Because his agent was pushing for him to go out and get minutes. Was in the press.

Quote. Lookman "definitely" forced his hand in the move is evidenced by reported comments from his agent in the press. OK. I never saw any of them. What I did see was an article by Phil Kirkbride in the Echo on 31st January 2018 quoting Allardyce as follows.

"Where we've got some loan deals in the Championship for him but he's adamant he choses Germany. But it's his choice so we let him go where he wanted to"

"We tried to persuade him not to because I think that's a big challenge for his development. We wanted him to go out on loan in the hope he is going to play first team football every week and I think we had a much better chance to do that but his stubbornness means he got his own way in the end"

That doesn't sound to me like Lookman knocking the managers door down for a move. More like the manager telling him that he wasn't part of his plans and trying to shunt him out to a championship level club. Then spitting his dummy out when he didn't go where he wanted.

Yes I am anti Allardyce. You may have noticed. But I don't need to make things up to suit my agenda. He gives me more than enough ammunition.

Or he banged on the door, asked for more minutes, was told there weren't any, asked for a loan, Allardyce wanted Championship, Lookman's team wanted RBL?

Article from the 29th of January.

Allardyce didn't want to loan Lookman out at all, I posted the quotes a page back.

That may have been what happened mate, who knows for certain? But I reckon if it did happen that way Allardyce would have let the world know. He was so pissed off with him he'd have been more than willing to hang him out to dry. We both know the guy is more than capable of that, especially with kids that cross him.

You believe what you will Nymz, but I reckon your "definite" quote is looking a bit thin to me.

As thin as your anti-Sam glasses twisting snipped quotes from the media.
