Usmanov

Does it really matter if he officially buys in or not? The fact that Moshiri is only worth 2 billion and has stated multiple times that money isn't an issue and along side that Bill has stated if a player wants to come the money is there etc etc it shows that someone else is putting money in as well as Moshiri. So does it matter if he's here officially or not, if the money is there anyway? Doubt it would change much him being officially on board compared to what it is now. Saying that I do believe he'll sell up his Arsenal shares soon and jump ship as I'm sure with their run of form etc the shares will be taking a hit in value

He would gladly buy them if they were available to him
However Usmanov has stated he will sell to anybody other than Kronke , which is a softening of his previous stance which was the shares were not for sale to anybody
Kronke and Usmanov have a deep mutual dislike of each other
I realise they don’t like each other, I just thought you meant he wouldn’t buy them off Usmanov.

I would love Usmanov to come on board, but if he was funding the club. Surely we would have been in for bigger names. Maybe this summer will tell us more, in terms of the manager and players we target.

The share price won’t drop too much
Arsenal is a cash cow that makes money every year.
Kronke would gladly pay top dollar for Usmanovs shares
He could then take the company private , incorporate them in America with the rest of his franchises and not have to worry about AGM’s
He could leverage Arsenal to fund building of new Arenas in the states

Quite the opposite on shares taking a hit......at an all time high and climbing

Even if he gets to the point, where he’s desperate to sell
Danko ??? The richest man in Africa has stated his ambition to buy Arsenal
He may be foolish enough to buy Usmanovs shares and then go after Kronke but I reckon he too would be told to sod off by Kronke
Plus Usmanov has said he wants to sell to someone who has the fans interest at heart
Either the Chinese or the Arab nations would be interested but they would want the whole club not 30%
Next best option is an investment firm looking for a safe bet

Would 4 or 5 shell companies be far enough?. I'd say if he wanted to be seen as involved with Everton he could do it in the morning imo, no need as yet.

Too much scrutiny
He’d have to be well shot of his shares plus whoever he transferred his shares to would have to come forward and pass a “ Fitness test “ as a director / owner
