He did say his future is dependent on results. I assume that's means final league position.

I think moshiri will be worried about sacking a manager who finishes 7th after our dire position when he took over

4 managers in 12 months does nothing but bad things for the players

True though Mosh was right to sack Koeman, was right to try out and then reject Unsworth, and would be right to get rid of Allardyce if a replacement of sufficient quality can be found.

I don’t want him here next season and haven’t renewed my ST yet.
If we finish 7th he will be though, any other manager who would have come in after our mess of a start to the season and finished 7th would normally be praised and would deffo be given an extension. Silva/Fonseca or anyone else wouldn’t have got us any higher after that start.

If Sam wants to be here he will make sure him and media friends promote this fact.

He was putting down a marker and daring the board to try and sack him. The old boys network in the meeja will be wringing their hands and gnashing their teeth when we bin him off. He's playing to the gallery, imo.

I kind of agree with this, however if we take a few more beatings at the wrong time AND a manager of interest indicates to club he would come to us in the summer then that might change the situation.

he's obviously in constant talks with moshiri and has prob been told he's got next season if we end the season strongly
