Getting the right man in is the goal
Not sure who

Thinking about it, maybe Howe or someone of that ilk. We made the wrong choice obviously when maybe it could have been Dyche/ Howe earlier in the season.

We've done the 'good-looking' stuff (Martinez,) we've done the 'big name' (Koeman) and we've done the desperate now. Maybe time for a pragmatist and actually let them call the shots. Right now I struggle to see anyone who's making the decisions in the club.

And Allardyce has clearly shown he's not ready to give it a go.

You have to start thinking long term damage that this is doing, players like Lookman demanding to get away from the club, Baningime not getting a look in after looking promising, Kenny getting his confidence destroyed, Vlasic nowhere near getting a game.

I'm not suggesting that any of the above are our saviours but we aren't gonna get a chance to find out because Allardyce is inflicting so much damage on the club during his short spell that it's going to take years to recover.

He needs to have no involvement in planning for the future and pre season and someone needs to start a full review of what has gone on and lay out a clear plan to srart fixing it.

This. I said the same in December. Look at what Lookman did today and you realise what an idiot big Sam is

What the f is wrong with picking 11 players and sticking with them, the useless fat mess, something like.
Pickford
Coleman, Holgate, Williams, malaga
Walcott, Davies , gana Rooney ,siggy
Any one of the front men, pretty much all the same level
And just keep it that way for a while.
Keane, cuco , and the French fraud need keeping away from the team.

Bottom line is that Moshiri etc have to reassess the whole thing from top to bottom in the summer.

The squad needs another £200mill spending on it
All of Koeman's signings need to be gone.
Walsh needs to be removed

Then it's a debate to bring in another manager and let him rebuild.

We just have to lower expectations as that takes place.

If it doesn't...well....I don't see a good future.

Absolute shocking excuse for a Manager. I wouldn't even give him till summer. What we saw today was nothing but cowardliness and gross incompetence. I can guess his after match comments already. He will deflect all blame away from himself and blame the players as well as fatigue and transfer windows etc. The truth is that he was the reason for the shocking performance tonight. Too many changes, too much negativeness, poor balance, poor tactics, just abysmal management. Need to rectify this pathetic appointment immediately by getting rid of him. Cannot think of anyone that would be as poor and negative as him. Brings nothing but embarrassment to Everton Football Club.
