The document also notes that since the last report to cabinet in September 2017, there has been a rise in interest from developers, potential end users and current landowners to bring forward new employment related development in the Ten Streets area.

Meanwhile, the Ten Streets project team is currently working to identify a number of what it calls ‘Quick Wins’ – utilising existing budgets with match from partners which can be implemented to highlight work taking place in the area and generate interest and publicity of the project.

The new stadium will only increase this interest and provide more employment opportunities

Really? I have been to Goodison once (back row of lower bullens) and couldn’t see a thing because everyone in the few central sections was standing up. Stewards didn’t give a toss. Luckily there was a couple of empty seats in the next section where everyone was sitting down, so swiftly moved to there

could have just stood up yourself

If you are right at the back there is a chance you won't see the whole of the pitch once you stand.

@The binman chronicles and @WA Toffee has got it spot on, I sat at the very back row of the lower Gwladys once and if your not ducking down trying to look between people your standing up and can't see the park end goal, probably a good seat this season like

Well it’s not really, because it needs to be approved before cabinet and audit. And I doubt anyone would press ahead with a £500m project without finance in place

Planning permission is in the summer. The 280m will be decided on prior to that.

And Spurs started their stadium project without all of the finance in place.
