what is disconcerting is that Sam clearly planned to get rid of Oumar in this window, and replace him with Cenk. The fact he has now changed his mind, leads me to believe he does see Niasse's qualities in a better light, but more worryingly, he has doubts that Cenk is gonna be able to lead the line in the weeks ahead

Oops, meant Cenk has NOT proven he can score yet...Agreed, so sick of the Oumar naysayers! He can score (finish) unlike everybody but Rooney.
Exactly, we would be dumb to sale him right now...Cenk has proven he can score in the EPL yet and DCL isn't much of a scoring threat. We need Oumar and I would be devastated to lose my favorite player.

It says nothing about Tosun either. We have needed another striker since the start of the season then go and get one and get rid of another? That would leave us in the same situation.
