Usmanov

His motive is money. He is not an evertonian since his interests are heavely situated in arsenal.

Not saying that he will not become a evertonian, but at the moment, he is not.

Soo my guess is the investment sceme in the docks, is the reason
He and Moshiri wanted to spunk millions on players at Arsenal and win the CL, spoke of nothing but having a successful team, they are football fans, looking to run their own clubs and win things.

Usmanov will be here in due course, if he isn't already in the shadows, Moshiri is just getting everything ready for them both to run this club.

I think Usmanov may well end up here in the future, but right now I don't think anyone but Moshiri,Usmanov and a very limited amount of close people know what is happening.
I don't believe that apart from that very small group there are any ITK's on the future plans for Usmanov to buy in to Everton.
So I think I will just wait and see.

If Usmanov is waiting on Moshini getting everything ready for them we are in for a long wait. When Moshiri ousts Kenwright that might be the start of a process but as long as Kenwright is here Usmanov won't be.

There is no rush, when Moshiri puts the first spade in the ground on the new stadium he will then be able to purchase the other shares and truly be the majority shareholder and sole power at the club.

Usmanov has time to get a good deal for his shares at Arsenal, last year for the first time ever he said he was open to selling them to the right buyer, before that he has always said they are not for sale.

Oh look. He's back.

1) We don't know. But nor does he know that he doesn't want to sell

2) Any individual or fund who likes low risk healthy investments which make them money.

3) Many reasons. Firstly the council makes annual profit on the deal. It obviously can't be with Usmanov because he isn't even associated with the club. Yet.

However..... if Usmanov was in the pipeline then surely that increases the reasons why the long term funding deal in place. The burden is low for the club and the council and the councils profits are all but guaranteed.

But what would I know. I'm just a mere mortal who posts on a forum and hasn't even got my own website.
