I understand but you’d better improve the back 4, 2 central midfielders, retire rooney, and find some decent wingers first. Pickford is OK. The quality gap with tottenham is incredible.

Oh please send him back he deserves a much better squad than this with martina, guaye and sort. I dont want to be rude but you need to evaluate your overall quality more objectively.

Sorry that you've had one of your idols shown up for what he is mate, a player that excels in a terrible league.

I wish it wasn't true because it's benefit Everton, but its got speculative flop signing written all over this.

Good debut considering he was in a team that were totally outclassed. Didn't get a sniff of a chance but he's proven he can be clinical so I expect him to notch a few at GP against the bottom half teams.

I am being objective mate, and with all that taken into account he's just an average player in an already average squad so adds absolutely nothing.

I think he done well, think I may be in the minority. If we had players with an ounce of anticipation and desire, they'd be all over the knock downs and second balls. Unfortunately the Everton malaise runs deep and he's going to be made to look a yard dog by the crabs around him.

I thought that Rooney would help him a lot with the final passes but I didn't know Rooney retired...

The best option is Sigurdsson as 10, and the young left winger at the left (don't remember his name, I just saw him against ManU).

Otherwise I'm afraid that Cenk would finish the season without even having a shoot...Because this midfield (I watched the last 3 games) is catastrophic unfortunately.

I was a bit sad for Cenk to sign for a team like this (no offense but this is a poor team from what I've seen). But I think the team can be much better with a new left back and definitely a MC who knows how to play football and doesn't just kick the ball forward.

I look forward to the ever increasing list of reasons for him not scoring from you as the season progresses. Oh the grass is a bit long for Cenks liking, ground is too hard, air conditioning in the hotel was too cold and knocked him off his stride.
