...I mean THAT is embarrassing.
Like a kids been at it with crayons.

He asks Mr Elstone why the timespan for the new stadium has slipped a year from 2021 to 2022.

Elstone replies...

We’re pushing as hard as we can to get in as early as we can.

It has gone back a year, we need to pick up our pencils and achieve that funding because it’s important that we get in by 2022.

So Elstone essentially gets away with not actually providing an answer for why.

His agent came to Finch Farm to sign contract then Lukaku phones his mother and ‘there was a pilgrimage to Africa and some sort of voodoo that says he had to sign for Chelsea’.

What can you do? wow. just wow
He's not fit to act as a spokesperson for this club.

He needs to have someone prepare his communications and brief him on what is acceptable to say.

Give me 20 minutes on Google and I'll nail this fraud don't you worry...

Right then... from transfermarkt a list of centre forwards who got bought in the Summer by a PL, Bundesliga, La Liga, Serie A or Ligue 1 side who are not absolute no marks / we got linked with.

There's 16 of them if you get rid of Costa, Morata and Mbappe for obvious reasons and that's 13 players.

Diego Costa
Loic Remy
Wiflred Bony
Fernando Llorente
Lucas Perez
Iheanacho
Chicharito
Morata
Muir El Haddadi
Carlos Bacca
Mitroglou
Mbappe
Patrick Schick
Stevan Jovetic
Nikola Kallinic
Sébastien Haller

If players like Nicolas de Préville (Ligue 1) or Jhon Córdoba (Bundesliga) who moved were actually decent then they wouldn't have only scored 1 and 0 league goals each this season so far...

So out of the maybe 100 centre forwards that moved clubs the shortlist isn't exactly amazing.

Moshiri on Barkley

Ross was the most painful. I said last year we had 3 stars, Ross, Romelu and John Stones but they’ve all gone.

For 6 months we couldn’t find the agent (of Ross). Bill miraculously got an offer of £35m for a player who was agent but he didn’t want to go when he was injured.

Sam spoke to him but he wouldn’t stay.
