DCL offers nothing 90% of the time, I'm beginning to think Brett Angel (not then but now) would offer more. It's a disgrace Niasse isn't getting more starts, it's as if our managers don't want to win.
The manager who brought DCL here and was so proud to see him get his debut ironically was the one who dropped him for Niasse. It was only the diving ban that saw Unsworth reinstate DCL.
It was understandable that Sam then didn't want to change a winning team but Niasse must now start at cf.
I wonder is Sam even aware just how very far ahead Oumar is over DCL in goals per minute at u23's and in the Prem this season and last?

Niasse is a trier and enthusiastic , more than one can say for some of our players. Brought in late on and started creating problems for Bournemouth but for me though DCL should have stayed on with him not bring Bolassie on.

That is hindsight at it's best. DCL did nothing and was rightly subbed. Bolasie didn't do much better but we were not to know that at the time. Change was needed if we were to offer a threat on the goal and DCL was certainly not that.

AS you say hindsight is all very well, just realised in that game it was Lennon who should have come off as well.
