Safari on OSX. I can manually mute the tab each time, its just when you open multiple tabs it gets a bit tedious muting them all.

Yes, I've been getting that, lately. Not when I click on any tabs that I've noticed, just random occasional sound
like breaking glass. It seems to come from the modem.

Down at the bottom of the page, you should see 'Christmas' towards the left.

That is the style chooser. Click it and select 'GrandOldTeam' to take you back to the regular bah humbug lack of Xmas cheer style
