Give him a chance first you overreactive melts

He may not be ideal, but it is what it is. He's our Fat Sam

coyb

That's not quite true mate. He's been the Fat Sam of 6 other Prem teams. Oh and he became the dodgy Fat Sam of the whole footballing world when he was sacked from the England job after one game.

You make out like he's a Johnny newcomer when he's been a joke figure for 20 years.

I was dead against the appointment for obvious reasons but I'll give him a chance. If he then produces success on the park I'll cheer him.

Until that time it's a massive "meh" from me. Just like if we signed some snidey git on loan in the Jan transfer window that had been a pantomime villain for previous years.

Nothing wrong with feeling meh or being sceptical. I'm also not sold on him but I'll give him a chance and back him.

Not wanting him to succeed/to support the club is what's bonkers to me. Especially before he even managed a single game.

I will always support the team and the manager is now part of that. The whole thing just leaves a bad taste but hey that's modern football. A win against the red sshhhite and he'll be carried down County Road shoulder high*

*I realise that's not physically possible like

After Koeman, I am more than willing to give him a chance - especially if he persuades Ross to stay.
Big Sam has not spoken to him stated that in his match conference - He will only talk to him when he gets fit to play - where Unsy went straight to him to try and persuade him to stay - Big Sam stated no injured player he will talk to until they are for team selection, and pointed out they will have to play well if they want to be in our team or get a move!
