Whether you go on Facebook or in internet forums, it still seems that people are tearing eachother to shreds over this. I've seen some rather tasteless comments made between friends (well, what were friends). Accusations of being racist, bigoted, right-wing nazis (and they're some of the less colourful ones).

The way I see it, what's done is done. The electorate were asked to vote - and they voted. The result is the what the majority voted for. Deal with it.

What's important now is that we pull together as a country to make it work, not rip eachother apart (although that seems to be the current fashion - throw a tantrum on social media because things didn't go your way).

Whatever. It's not a racist comment in any shape or form. The term to use is "stereotype" - no different to someone commenting on scousers wearing trackies and trainers, spending their life on the dole and going around stealing alloy wheels from cars. If you want to take it that way, that's your problem not mine. NEA.

Perpetuating a negative stereotype and bringing it up pejoratively against an ethnicity seems pretty racist imo.

Dont blame them, there was loads in the main stand, id of sold mine but i actually wanted to see the game, but i hope they all got in as it was pathetic that Everton didnt give them more tickets and took the auto cup money less then 24 hours after the loss in Lyon
