When has this been a rule since? Have they been able to do this since the start of the season?

To be fair they won it on many occasions that season. What do you mean they “almost won it”?
I thought they did win it
Oh I forgot.....being top at Easter ain’t the same as winning it.

FA wont be able to keep up with this rule. It will be shoite storm after every controversial "dive" after this. It's also unclear how this will effect referees, cause it will.
It sounds like this place a bit closer to Christmas. My advice is don’t look on twitter. I don’t use it, but whenever I see links, just seems to be full of snowflakes & hysterical bellends.
For me there is a far bigger issue with penalties not being awarded as opposed to retrospective action being taken for simulation, but as I hate the thought of video refs I have to accept that the refs do get the vast majority of descions correct
HES ONE OF OURS GET BEHIND HIM YOU SCRUFFS
You’re correct they do get the majority of decisions correct but seem to have really difficulty as you say when it comes to awarding valid penalties. That for me is why the ref’s decision should be final as the thought of video refs is not something I want to have to contemplate, but this is the slippery slope to it in my opinion. Then watch the top 6 sail even further awayThis rule has been running for several years in Scotland and there doesn’t appear to have been any negative impact on the refs but the players it seems have been impacted.
This rule wasn’t unilateraly introduced by the FA all the governing bodies such as the LMA, PFA had to agree Andalusia those bodies including the PL canvassed their members to gain consensus

Same here. Video/goaline stuff for purely linear decisions, goaline and offside basically. Most other stuff is subjective and opinion based. As we have seen with this today.
