Mate, as much as I dread it, whenever derby day comes around I will be there cheering our players on for 90mins, and helping make it as hostile as I can for the RS.

The club management has reveled for way too long now in being plucky little underdogs, happy with the status quo. This obviously filters down to the players, who have got a massive inferiority complex when it comes to playing in derbies or against the big teams. It's not really the fault of the majority of the fans.

We will be lucky to draw one out of the 2, but [Poor language removed] me if I'm going to let any [Poor language removed] RS know that leading up to derby day.

I'm pretty confident they are going to absolutely ruin us in December.

We just don't have the defenders comfortable enough on the ball to survive their intense, high pressing and we don't have the target man and threat upfront to bypass it by playing direct.
