I think you would see a boost in the effort which should see us move past a couple of other teams. I think this needs to happen PRIOR to the window.....then try and improve the squad in Jan to get us mid table.

Yep. Southampton have always been settled it's why they get decimated with selling players and swapping manager and still come out "ok".

Koeman came in and tore Martinez's side out. Off'ed any player not suited to him and spent £200mill to rebuild.

It's failed. Massively.
