he makes good subs and those subs are always our better players and get us to improve as the game goes on. He then rewards that player by starting them ... and then they perform as bad as the one they replaced from the previous game. I do think he can't win at the moment.

Why do people keep blaming the sale of lukaku. So he failed to bring in another centre forward, we have a team of internationals worth a fortune and they're playing as individuals, that is not the sign of a good manager. There is no confidence in the team whatsoever, there is no game plan, we look unbalanced, it's just huff and puff football. What the hell is he doing with them in the week at finch farm, they just look like a gang of lads from the local ale house getting together to have a kick about. I posted on this forum weeks ago, words to the same effect but I hoped he would prove me wrong. Well he hasn't and if anything we're getting worse. The "funny" thing is that we finished looking pretty good. The PROBLEM is that he "rested" a bunch of players for Sunday, which means that we are going RIGHT back to Gana/Schneiderlein(depending on if he's OK), Rooney and probably Gylfi getting in each others way, Martina at RB, etc.
He literally stumbled on to a formation that looks good, with energy and commitment, and you know it's going to go RIGHT BACK to what we have been all season if he's here Sunday.
