Ronald Koeman discussion

Come on Ron, tonight would be a great time to start the revival and start the healing process.

Unlike a lot on here, I still hope you succeed.

Some have wanted to see you fail from the beginning, just so they could say "I told you so". Start the fightback tonight and get some steam up ahead of the Arsenal game.

yer mate, im sure people on here sat there and thought oh I hope we play terrible football for the season and waste all this money ive paid for my season ticket, away games watching turgid football JUST so I can say told you so to some superfans I'll never ever meet on the internet

Coleman and Bolasie can't come back soon enough

I will give him that, his wide options on the right have been limited

That being said, he's not wanted to play Kenny who was the only other player on the books who might have been able to help with that

So in essence, he makes his own problems

Don't take it personally, I obviously wasn't aiming that at you.

I stand by what I wrote 100% for it is true. Some, not all, not most, SOME wanted him to fail.

Hang on, I thought 99.9% of GOT had deemed Bolasie useless?

I know it wasn't pal, but come on you cant seriously say people would have liked the first few months of this season just because they disliked Koeman, that's ridicoulous

Yup....they knew better.

Bitter about being wrong on Martinez, babbling on about Koeman had done at Valencia etc....don't think some ever gave him a chance, even after a steady first season.

Everybody hopes he succeeds. Or certainly there aren't 'a lot' who don't. I can assure you that I'm not in the habit of shelling out £20 to sit in the cold for a couple of hours hoping we lose, and i'm pretty sure nobody I know is either. It's a ridiculous assertion and one that nobody should throw around lightly.

I'm curious as to how he's going to set up with Bolasie. He seemed to be using him in almost a Shane Long-type role last season, essentially doing Lukaku's running for him. I would sooner see Calvert-Lewin doing that.

I reckon I'd rate Bolasie if he were positioned as a wild card option in a midfield filled with slick ball players. Not sure how it's going to work with him thrown into the mix with the current mob, though.

Only going off what I have read on here over the last 15 months mate, so not really that ridiculous. I know the majority want him to succeed, I did state that.
