The time for him to go is the moment we know we have someone else better lined up to come in straight away. Give me a list of managers who would come here and explain who's the best option... if you can't do that, he stays. And I'm not happy with him either, but you can't just bin him off and replace him with Ralph the lad in that analytics department who's on an industrial placement year from Nottingham Trent Uni.
we couldn't even be arsed looking for strikers to replace Rom, the chances this gang of amateurs have a plan B ready to go are a lot slimmer than ronald

To be fair, Ralph looks a better bet than Cloggy McClogface at the moment.

He gets a chance to turn in a good performance against Arsenal. No sacking yet, surely.

Hard to say what is wrong with the team, but I'm guessing it's mental and about an unstable squad. However, the tactics he employs are completely ineffective.

That said, he is a good manager in the midst of a game, knowing when and how to make a sub or a change. Moyes or Martinez rarely did.

Not sure I get your point mate. You say he's tactically useless and then say he's got to be given a chance. If he's that bad tactically, which he is btw, then he doesn't deserve to be here. His subs are getting less and less effective too imo. If he sorted the team out properly in the first place then there'd be no need for him to have to wangle things after half time.

Ralph is a decent lad and I won't hear a word said against him.

I've not been one of the 'Koeman Out Brigade' until this afternoon.
After almost losing to Brighton and reading the level of anger towards him on here, his time is clearly up at Goodison.
I'm not sure if Rhino is the perfect long term replacement but he certainly deserves the chance to sort things out for us.

Well were a couple of results away from entering the relegation zone.
Totally unacceptable.

The buck stops with the manager and he simply has to go.
The players do not believe in him. He does not inspire them. The tactics seemingly are lacking; there is no strategy or direction within the team, and quite simply, he is failing with the tools provided to him.

I have to be honest; I am astonished it has come to this with him, especially so soon.

1- He previously had a fantastic defensive record at Saints/last year and we simply cant defend now.
2- He had a swagger, a ruthlessness and a streak in him which shouted out 'winner'. He had a reputation; an authority. He doesnt appear to have any fire in his belly now.
3- His disconnect with the club/fans seems to grow with every passing week.
4- He isnt sticking to his principles. Does he really back himself if he is selecting a player who he publicly degraded and said would never play for the club under him. Equally, his inconsistent team selections seem to suggest he doesnt back himself to get it right. Take Martina. Starts most games despite being average yet is no where to be seen today. Lookman cant get any time. Mirallas out one week, in the next. Tom Davies again an example of this.
5- Tactics. How on earth can you have an average of about 2 shots on target each game with a squad that has Rooney/Siggy/Sandro/Lookman/Vlasic/DCL/Davies/Mirallas in?

I really thought he would succeed and allow the club to build little by little so by the time his contract is up, we were firmly the best of the rest and at least heavily pushing the top four/getting top six with the intention of his predecessor taking us to the next level, ideally with Bramley Moore in the pipeline.

I dont have a dislike for the guy but its obvious it isnt working and whether targets werent delivered to him in the summer (which I believe they werent) or not, he doesnt appear to want to be here and isnt utilising his tools effectively.

I would have sacked him over the international break personally. If the board have any ambition to at least finish seventh, they must act very soon before the season is over.

Prey it happens prior to Lyon/Arsenal otherwise we could be bottom three this time next week.
If Stoke hadn't conceded more than 5 yesterday and if Leicester win tomorrow, we would be in the drop zone.

It's unacceptable.

For all the world it looks like he doesn't want to be here - and most of us dont want him here either.

I think he's on the cliff edge now so to speak. He's looking at two really difficult games now Lyon and Arsenal to bail him out of trouble.I'll be honest with the way we have been playing since around mid September i don't see us magically turning it on for those games.Koeman is in trouble make no mistake about it.Crap football and crap results. That is quite simply an unpalatable combination for a club like Everton.
