Koeman tactics are awful but the players simply aren't good enough and they clearly don't care. Problem for Koeman is that he's the one who wanted half these players so it's his fault.

The players are absolutely good enough - the problem is that we have gone into the season with failed tactics, he has had two weeks to fix the problems and we are now even worse. If he cannot see that then they should bin him off forthwith.
