Had chicken drumsticks and potato waffles for my dinner last night. Probably having a greggs for breakfast/lunch and then a kebab or a chippy later.

Looking at that makes me realise how much of a fat b**tard I am.

Chippy tea . Holland’s steak & kidney pie , chips and a sausage and a crusty cob .And a carton of curry. The pie and curry do not cross swords .

Went to a massive Sainsburys on the way home and they have one of those in house Sushi chefs. Bought a stir fried rice with prawn dish that you heat up DREADFUL, not even remotely worth the £7 is set me back.

It seems anyone thinks they can rock up and become a sushi chef these days, it takes years to master ffs not 20 mins for a lesson before work.

3 toast , 2 poached eggs, 1/2 tin of tomatoes, 2 Ulster fry and 2 haggis slices . Cup of tea and glass of milk . Kill me now it doesn’t get much better .
