Usmanov

Genuine question, do you mean you called the Usmanov takeover rather than the Moshiri one? Just because calling the Moshiri one while it was actually happening doesn't really require a huge amount of foresight as far as I can see.

I have no knowledge mate so don't go clinging on to my word, it's just my opinion. I just think it's blatantly obvious what's happening here as it was when Mr Moshri took over but not many people seemed to see that coming. Even on the day he took over, people were still talking about others, not really mentioning Mr Moshri.

Below is a link to that thread if you want to read it again. Incidentally, it's ESK I'm quoting when I was saying I think it's Mr Moshri who's taking us over whilst he was still going on about others. This was the morning of the 27th Feb, the day that Mr Moshri actually took over.

Don't think that's possible. There's a load of shares that belong to individuals all over the place - impossible to get them all.
He could buy BKs make him an honorary position and move in as a key investor alongside Moshiri - never rule anything out they were at arsenal getting nowhere - he has the chance to team up with his known shareholder again with a new ground on its way anythings possible!

I thought that once a certain % is held, all the others get bought at the same price. Like I said, I think.

edit. Soz, thought you meant at Arsenal!

It is possible. Not an expert but I am sure there are thresholds for Ltd Co's whereby the majority shareholder has to a) make a mandatory offer for the remaining shares and b) can force a compulsory purchase.

Personally I'd like the small shareholders to always remain, I think EFCSA is the oldest such institution in the world?

Maybe Moshiri is just keeping his shares warm for Usmanov
These along with the other shares that Moshiri has options to buy will give him control.
Moshiri under the name Blue Heaven buys the shares and Usmanov buys 51% of Blue Heaven
Don’t forget who the boss is and to whom Moshiri owes his wealth too
Moshiri was only a rich accountant with good buisness sense when he met Usmanov
