I think the report said that he was offered 1 million euros to hand over penalty taking duties to Neymar.
The 1 m Euro is the bonus he would have got if he was the leagues top scorer.
So he gets the bonus he may or may not have got with taking penalties but Neymar gets the goals and the Kudos.
It's all about PSG and Neymar justifying the 200 m fee
