He was excellent tonight. Tired after the hour mark and was at fault for thread up to their pen but another excellent shift and looked a threat on that side of the pitch.

Like Rooney he'll be disappointed he didn't get the goal his performance deserved

Growing in confidence. Showed more of his surprisingly good footwork tonight as well, just needs to improve his end product and start burying those 1v1's!

really enjoying watching this lads progress, seems to get better every game, his desire is second to none, follows the managers instructions brilliantly as well, he really is developing into a good player, think we'll be on to a star 3 years down the line.

his hold up and link up play is better than Lukaku. If he starts finishing as well in the next couple of years, then Lukak-who?

His finishing is the last thing that needs polishing although we haven't seen too many shots from him really. Tonight's was difficult as the defender was all over him.
