Don't get me wrong I'm not dissing or writing off Davy or Sandro but they will need time and development in my opinion, they will be slow burners.
Realistically we are not going to get a striker to match Rom's quality, so the above needs to be balanced against that considerable loss of quality. Ross will be a loss also, but I'm still holding hope there.
Question is have we progressed considerably enough to be compeitive for the CL, jury still out for me.
With Lukaku it would be without question, stupid decision to let him go.
