In the Rooney thread a lad has said he called his dad up and his dad's singing Rooney, Rooney, Rooney and yesterday a fella was saying his lad wasn't really into footy but now was asking when the next game will be because he knew who Rooney was.

Great to hear things like that, both young fans, old fans, all the highs and many many lows over the last 20 odd years but a signing like this is still creating a buzz for everyone and it's just like a breath if fresh air is running through this club this summer
