This is Lord Mosh in charge now, not blue Bill an his crew fumbling around with something way over their heads..

Correct. I read a tweet earlier that said (when talking about the Rooney deal) if Kenwright was still in charge, so would Martinez be and it'd be Everton signing John Terry because he didn't feel up to playing Chelsea in the league.

I trust Moshiri.

Of course I'm probably wrong and you guys just took out a £60m loan for a spending spree. It just instantly reminded me of the credit facility we got at the start of the stadium build.

As I understood it Liverpool council has agreed to be Everton's guarantor on the mega finance deal, however I very much doubt the deal is fully in place yet. That stuff takes ages, we had it 'in place' but it wasn't confirmed until the end of April this year. We were working from a £100m credit facitility up until then.

Its not quite like that. The LCC guarantor deal meant that the viability of the entire development was de-risked for serious commercial property investment houses.

Your gaff is largely a stand alone development, a few pubs and Macdonalds not with standing. Our ground will book end a massive Dock development, in the Billions.

This credit facility, to me, just underlines the credit worthiness of the club, and a possible joint Chinese venture with, apparently, the world biggest bank. Which until about 30 minutes ago, I had never even heard of.
