60 million credit plus 18 million for both cleverly and deulofeu, another 4 for mcgeady plus all the money save on wages for the second part of the season...that's easy 80 million plus...EH?? How on earth does that equate?

Have you read an article I haven't? If the interest was big the fund wouldn't be used.
As I understood it Liverpool council has agreed to be Everton's guarantor on the mega finance deal, however I very much doubt the deal is fully in place yet. That stuff takes ages, we had it 'in place' but it wasn't confirmed until the end of April this year. We were working from a £100m credit facitility up until then. From what I understand, the stadium financing is already in place. Others have more info than me like, but I think I read that it's all sorted. This is for other "day to day" stuff according to the Echo. (I'm not their biggest fan though so don't know how good their info is either).
Its a rainy week fund, thats all.
On the other hand im sure the rates are disgustingly low, plus it gives us massive exposure in China, I would imagine some sort of sponsorship deal in the not so distant future.....
The ICBC Stadium!! ( soon )
Basically allows us to spend more and stay within FFP then??

Have you even read the article? You sound mighty like an RS trying to justify all of the money spent.
