I would keep him. Good option off the bench or start him and sub him after 60 minutes. His lack of fitness is a concern but maybe that is because he doesn't pave himself properly. He is always under pressure for hid so perhaps feels he has to go full tilt from kick off instead of easing himself into game and having something left in the tank.
