Think we might be getting caught up here a touch.. crazy I know.. We so far linked with about 4 AC Milan players? Press are guessing!

Yeh, in fairness, we're gonna be linked with half of Serie A at this rate.

Think as it stands:

- Klaassen: Fee agreed, personal terms agreed. Set for a medical (or already having it). Think there's a good chance we'll know more this evening.

- Pickford: All done bar the announcement.

- Sandro: Probably in the balance at this stage. May not be finalised either way until after the Euros.

- Keane: Definite interest. May be that we've bid...

..we're not interested in Gomez according to Calciomercato;

That would be ok as far as I'm concerned.

Think all the names are just players Milan are feeding to the press mate rather than ones we are after.

My own gut instinct is we aren't after anyone from Milan at all, are in Italy after other players andctge ac meeting was about deulofeu as we already where in Italy and as a smokescreen for our real targets.

The extent of people's knowledge on some of the continental names being bandied about on here is remarkable. I must confess to not having a handle on half of them. Probably because the only games I watch are Everton's.
Yarmalenko was good...

lol exactly the same mate. Never even heard of half these lads

The thing that worries me about the Niang link is that we've been linked with him for a little while, Walsh being in Milan yesterday just adds more fuel to the fire

Just wondering when we are going to sign a player that will actually push us forward in the table that is genuinely quality with magic in his boots.

I imagine it was with element of facetiousness, but earlier on in this thread someone mentioned Ricky Van Wolfswinkle. He scored a cracking header against us ('Everton that')...what became of him?

NB: 'facetious' is an interesting word: it features all 5 vowels in alphabetical order. And 'facetiously' includes the occasional y vowel.

He has just left Norwich and gone abroad a day or two ago.

NB: Rhythms is the longest word without any vowels .
