Thought Klassen was everything Koeman would want in a player tonight. Intelligent , moves the ball quickly and doesnt stop grafting. Very clever player , Lukaku should think twice about moving if this lad was tee'ing him up every game .Any forward would love to have a player of his ilk around.
The similarities to Naismith are his looks & workrate but this lad has an awful lot more to offer. Sign him up Mosh !

Yeh I'm not getting the Naismith shouts at all.

Klaassen is a box-to-box midfielder who has a fantastic knack of getting in-and-around the area - basically just what we need!
 
Noted Ghezal got Lyon's 3rd goal tonight seems to have gone quiet about him moving (on a free now) good player there.
Great to see Fekir playing so well since his comeback , I'd sign him up tomorow if I could , Top draw player him.

In fairness it was a crap header that deflected in.

Fekir played well, set-up Lacazette's second. Missed a sitter though.

I would go "All in" for Klassen & Dolberg , would probably cost in excess of £ 50 mil but if not us someone else will.
If Ajax beat Manu with Champions lge beckoning the prices will rise dramatically . If Koeman likes them and he still has good relations with Ajax this would probably be the best time to sign them up.They both tick all the boxes for Koeman.

Yea I would think Ajax realize this too and aren't going to want to agree to any deal that might short change themselves. Don't get me wrong I would love for them to be confirmed already but I can't see any player signing, that isn't on a contract with a release clause, before the window opens.
 
Just out if interest, as good as things are taking shape off field, at what point do we all start to be concerned about the on field/squad happenings at Everton?

    Strong West Ham rumours that Koeman's confirmed he wants to make Valencia's loan a permanent deal.

    Slightly more concerned about what that says re our plans / thoughts on how likely we are to get the targets we want than the resigning of Mirallas.

    Suspect there's a whole world of fume to stew on this summer...

We need a squad, it doesn't mean we won't sign another striker... Enner has shown enough to earn a place in the squad, would probably suit European football well and has prem experience

Do you feel mate that with all the "apparent" outgoings/players wanting out, and the "rumoured" footballers we are linked with (yes I know that means little) that Everton is going to push for top 4 any time soon?

"Underwhelming" comes to mind...
 
To get our targets....we need to splash the cash. We have no time to go into stupid bidding Wars with Stoke and West Ham. We need to over pay in order to land the deals. Very un-Everton situation and seriously club needs to nail it no excuses
 
Have you watched the sure striker challenge thing with Valencia in? Please can someone upload the vid I don't know how. He's absolutely dreadful in it.
