Love it how we jump on jarg paper links when they benefit us then hit the roof when other jarg papers say otherwise.

C'mon guys, let's wait for some credible links...

...I'm useless, I wouldn't know how to distinguish a creditable link. Saying that, I don't mind tenuous links.

Why would we sell mirallas and deulofeu? with lennon's health that means we would have gone from 3 RM's to none. Why would we sell jagielka and Mori? that would leave us with 1 senior centre back. And then we'd go and sell 3 centre midfielders as well as having an ageing barry, a very young davies and an always injured besic (snides is fairly injury prone too). We would sell our two senior strikers, when kone's contract is expiring and our other striker would go back to his parent club ... leaving us with just a young DCL. selling mcgeady, mcalney and tarashaj leaves us with just a crocked bolasie and a young lookman (exact same situation as Right Back) as our other attacking mid options then, so that's another one or possibly two areas we need to strengthen again.

We would have to buy about 15 players this summer if we did that.

Agreed, I just mean that all of these players will be being looked at as potential sales which is quite a huge list. Just worded badly!

I like your links Eggs, just love watching people flip out when a random paper says a player is choosing X over us.
 
I'm sure Ron speaks great spanish and told the Sandro kid "Pero ok este es el fútbol que nos gusta".

most will go yeah, happily. I hope to god we keep players like mori, mirallas, jags and barry though, we need them for squad bulk, a lot of people on here sadly seem to think that we actually should sell them all in one go. I'd say probably that whole list will be gone by the start of the 2018/19 season.
 
bunch of cry babies in here, stop getting so wound up about these stupid rumours with no quotes. Surely something better to do than slam the club and say "typical everton" when nothing's even happened.

Booo! I liked the look of this fella.

Not surprising though as the player may wish to stay in Spain. Still if we wanted him we should have smacked a tremendouse wage on the table. Malaga can't have been paying him much and we should be able to outdo Sevilla.

Possibly so mate, honestly I think both player links are guesses by the journalists, based on us heavily scouting both Ajax and Anderlecht, in reality there's 3-4 players at each club who we may be actually interested in. Papers atm are guessing I think by looking at them and guessing which one is 'Everton calibre'

we are supposed to be competing with clubs like Sevilla now, clearly we aren't, you are in for a very angry Summer, especially when we jet out for our Europa league qualifier in July with 2 notable departures and a paper thin squad and Ronald saying we are trying, but we cant compete
