..I'm fine with it if true but it would push Jonjo Kenny back in the queue. That's the way football is. All of these boys are very well rewarded but it will still be a blow. Still, we want the best footballers in our squad.

Cedric would be a excellent buy. Gives Coleman time to get back to full fitness without being rushed in, and provides good competition for him. We need competition for places!

Agreed, Kenny looks very much like a young Coleman. All the more reason to play Kenny at RB, Mason at CB for the last 3 games to see how he gets on.

I hope you're right, I've just been through too many windows expecting a Rolls Royce only to end up with Ford Mondeo! To be honest a net spend of £40-50m would be fine if we raise significant funds elsewhere. What is for sure is we can't have a summer like last summer.

Absolutely, his set pieces are fantastic and he's worth buying. I just mean we need an open play creator as well to balance it out. Probably a player similar to, sadly, Del. Pace, moments of magic, opening up defenses.

...you would hope we've done plenty of the leg work. Last summer they had no chance to do this type of thing so it will be encouraging if we get some in early.
