Agree neither Koeman or Martinez are to blame, except for if he doesn't play, although that would be partly down to the player not performing during training. However is it Ross's fault if he's not as good as the expectations that people have put on him, such as him being the next Gazza? For me at times he reminds me of Gazza then at others he reminds me of Leon Osman, no disrespect to Osman. Is he good enough for Everton right now, for sure, is he good enough for Everton top-4, God knows, we aren't there yet.
