With Sule going to Bayern to partner Hummels/Boateng and Leverkusen being gash I'd rather us go for Tah than a Maguire.

The more I think about it, the better is sounds....we lack 4 squad players as it is.

We need starters not squad players though! There is no guarantee that any of these players will make the grade and non of them will come cheaply. Tammy Abraham could be the next Patrick Bamford or Luke Garbutt for all we know.

Besides why would Chalobah move from being on loan all the time to come to us and do the same?

Well, I think these are the players we might have to chase because we will get rinsed in the transfer market this summer for the players on the A list.

What would actually constitute a ludicrous offer though, also I wouldn't be shocked if gueye had a release clause mate, right now he is definitely third choice in centre mid for us so don't think it's as certain as you think especially if koeman qabtscto add goals to that part of the team.

No 2 ways about it...it's going to be tough. If any of the higher teams are after any of our targets then we will outsiders to get them. We have to go under the radar for a few. The better high profile players will always be targeted by the higher teams leaving us to probably get 2nd and 3rd choice targets. Just the rub of the green given our status.

Chalobah of Chelsea? He is 21/22, no?.

Plus Conte is a big fan of his, cannot see him leaving Chelsea, especially to come to our u23s!!?
